For 2027 there are 101 Medicare Advantage plans available in Miami-Dade, according to public data from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS). Almost all include some dental: 97% cover preventive care (exams, X-rays, cleanings) and 95% add broader dental coverage. But what each plan covers varies a lot. We analyzed the official files so you can ask the right questions during annual enrollment, which runs October 15 to December 7, 2026.
We used two public CMS files for 2027: the plan benefit package file (PBP 2027) and the county landscape file (Landscape 2027). We matched them to keep the 101 Medicare Advantage plans offered in Miami-Dade, including special needs plans.
We counted plans, not people: a plan with many members counts the same as one with few. We do not name insurers or plans. This is a market summary, not a recommendation.
