It depends on how many teeth and the material: composite costs less per tooth, porcelain more but it lasts longer. It's often combined with whitening or aligners. You get the plan and the total price in writing before we start.
Done with professional products and supervision, no. You may have some sensitivity for a few days that goes away on its own. Existing crowns and veneers don't lighten.
If your teeth are healthy and you just want them whiter, start with whitening. Veneers make sense when you also want to change shape or size, or close gaps.
Porcelain veneers usually last 10 to 15 years with good care; composite ones, 5 to 7. Avoid biting hard objects and wear a night guard if you clench.
Purely cosmetic work almost never, but it may cover part of an implant or crown when there's a functional reason. We check your plan for free before your visit.
There's no age limit if your gums and bone are healthy. Many adults choose it because it's discreet. We assess it at your first visit.
Porcelain veneers usually require removing a little enamel, so they aren't reversible. Composite veneers are more conservative. That's why, before you decide, we explain which option is least invasive for your case.
