Veneers and smile design in Kendall

Porcelain and composite veneers in Kendall. We design your smile before touching a tooth and give you the price in writing. Opening November 1.

Veneers are thin shells of porcelain or composite bonded to the front of your teeth to change their color, shape or size. At PureSmile in Kendall we design your smile with you first —photos, measurements and a try-in— and only then touch a tooth. You get the full price in writing before we start.

What can veneers fix?

  • Stains that whitening can't lift.
  • Worn, chipped or uneven edges.
  • Small gaps between teeth.
  • Teeth of uneven shape or size.

If there are cavities, gum problems or very crooked teeth, we treat those first or suggest another option (crowns, aligners or whitening).

How much do veneers cost in Kendall?

In Miami, veneers cost between $500 and $2,500 per tooth depending on the material and the case. You get the full price of your plan in writing before we start. Payment plans and financing are available. Cosmetic veneers usually aren't covered by dental insurance; if you have a PPO plan, we check it for free in case it covers any treatment needed beforehand.

How it works

  1. Consultation and photos: we listen to what you'd like to change and check your teeth and gums.
  2. Smile design and try-in: we prepare the design and try it in your mouth before anything is final.
  3. Preparation: in most cases, a very thin layer of the tooth is polished away.
  4. Bonding and bite check: we bond the veneers and adjust your bite.
  5. Follow-up visit: we see you again to make sure everything is right.

Frequently asked questions

Do veneers hurt?

Treatment is done with local anesthesia when needed. It's normal to feel some sensitivity for a few days.

How long do they last?

Porcelain veneers usually last 10–15 years and composite veneers 4–8, depending on care and habits (for example, clenching your teeth).

Can they be removed?

Porcelain veneers require preparing the tooth, so it's a permanent treatment: if one breaks, it gets replaced. That's why we design and try them in first.

Does insurance cover veneers?

Usually not, because they're cosmetic. We check your plan for free in case it covers treatment needed beforehand, such as fillings or cleanings.
