When several teeth are missing, many are broken or worn down, your bite has collapsed, or your denture no longer holds, fixing one tooth at a time rarely works. You need a plan for the whole mouth. That is what full-mouth rehabilitation is: studying the entire mouth and rebuilding it in phases, so you can chew comfortably again with a smile that looks natural.
PureSmile Miami opens November 1, 2026 in Kendall. We do the complete assessment with digital technology, explain the plan in English or Spanish, and give you the price of each phase in writing before we start.
Every plan is different. Depending on your case, we combine:
1. Complete assessment. Exam, photos, a 3D intraoral scan (no impression putty), digital X-rays and, when needed, a 3D CBCT scan to see the bone.
2. Design and trial. The new smile and bite are planned digitally with the lab. When the case allows, we do a trial in your mouth or temporaries so you can see and feel the result before the final work.
3. Phased plan and price in writing. You get the full plan divided into phases, with the price of each and what your insurance covers. You can move at your own pace.
4. Treatment. Urgent needs first (pain, infection, gums), then the reconstruction, and finally bite and cosmetic adjustments.
5. Maintenance. Regular checkups and cleanings, plus a night guard if you clench, to protect the work.
It depends on how many teeth and which treatments you need, so we don't quote a figure without seeing the case. What we do is split it into phases with a fixed price in writing and payment options. Many PPO and Medicare Advantage plans cover part of crowns, bridges, extractions or dentures. We check your plan for free and clearly separate what it covers and what you pay.
It depends on the case. Without implants, it is often completed in a few weeks to a few months. With implants, they need time to integrate with the bone, and the full plan can take several months. You get the timeline in writing with the plan.
No. We split it into phases with a written price for each. We start with what is urgent and move forward based on your priorities and budget.
In most cases, no. Temporaries are placed while the final restorations are made.
Many plans cover part of crowns, bridges, extractions and dentures; purely cosmetic work usually isn't covered. It varies by plan. We check yours for free before your appointment.
We account for it in the design and make you a night guard, because it is what protects crowns and veneers most.
